  • Business - For established businesses with multiple locations

Q: What happens if I exceed my AI booking limit mid-month?
A: AI bookings stop until you purchase a booking pack add-on or your billing period resets. Manual bookings still work.

Q: Can I downgrade my tier?
A: Yes, through the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription). Downgrade typically takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Q: What if I have 3 locations but only 1 team member?
A: You need the Business tier (minimum for 3+ locations), even though you don't need the team member capacity.

Q: Do manual bookings count toward my AI booking limit?
A: No. Only AI-processed bookings (via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or booking page AI) count toward the limit.

Q: Can I purchase add-ons on any tier?
A: No. Booking packs are available on Solo, Growth, and Business. Location and team member add-ons are only available on Business tier.

Q: What happens to my data if I downgrade?
A: All data is preserved. However, if your usage exceeds the new tier's limits, certain features may be restricted until you reduce usage.

Q: Is there a tier above Business for enterprises?
A: Business tier supports unlimited locations and team members via add-ons. For custom enterprise needs, contact support.
