What it does:

  • Handle messages from Facebook Messenger
  • AI-powered booking automation
  • Unified inbox for all conversations

Requirements:

  • Facebook Page (must be admin)
  • Growth or Business plan subscription

Tier: Growth and Business plans only

Instagram Direct (Growth+ Only)

What it does:

  • Connect Instagram Professional account
  • Receive and respond to Instagram DMs
  • AI booking agent support
  • Manage conversations from one inbox

Requirements:

  • Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account
  • Linked to a Facebook Page
  • Growth or Business plan subscription

Tier: Growth and Business plans only

Calendar Sync

Google Calendar (Solo+ Only)

What it does:

  • Two-way automatic sync
  • Creates calendar events when bookings are made
  • Updates events when appointments change status
  • Prevents double-booking
  • Shows sync status in real-time

Requirements:

  • Google account
  • Solo, Growth, or Business plan subscription

Tier: Solo, Growth, and Business plans

Integration Status Indicators

When viewing integrations, you'll see these statuses:

  • Connected (green pulse): Active and working
  • Pending: Setup in progress, action may be required
  • Disconnected: Was connected but needs reconnection
  • Error: Issue detected, needs attention
